Systems biology research needs all technologies, data and resources arising from the increasing number of (potential) European research infrastructures and other scientific initiatives in order to build high-quality models of complex systems. However, a lot of expertise is not properly promoted and visible. C4SYS aims to exploit and combine expertise and resources from different RIs and to facilitate their access to the life science community.
There is a large synergy potential between the BMS-ESFRIs.
Synergy letters are signed on a national level with ELixir.cz, Eurobioimaging and INSTRUCT.
A very strong synergy can be expected especially with ELIXIR, which will provide computational resources for running software tools developed and maintained within C4SYS.
