High Throughput Sequencing Course
ANALYSIS OF MICROBIAL COMMUNITY USING AMPLICON DATA FROM HTS
14.02.2019
Venue: Faculty of Natural Sciences, Charles University, Viničná 7, Praha 2, Room B311
Participants will learn how to process and analyse amplicon data from HTS. They will be able to manage the whole workflow from raw sequencing data to identification of OTUs, OTU table creation and basic statistics. We will work with bacterial 16S or fungal ITS sequences from the Illumina platform, but the pipeline is applicable to any amplicon data. In addition, basic introduction to library preparation and sequencing on Illumina MiSeq will be provided.
