The Steering Committee C4SYS is:
– responsible for maintaining overall responsibility for the progress and direction of the infrastructure
– discusses and approves the annual strategic plan
– approves the budget of C4SYS and his changes and mid-term financial outlook.
– approves the annual reports of C4SYS

Consists of all the representatives of consortium partners in accordance with Memorandum of understanding.
