C4SYS is planned to be established and operated in accordance with the establishment of European infrastructure for systems biology in Europe ISBE which has already been in its preparatory phase since 2012. The construction phase of RI C4SYS is planned from 2015 to be ready for its full integration as the ISBE Czech national center to provide data for ISBE in its construction phase in 2015 – 2018, and since 2018 C4SYS will start its operational phase.
The RI project is divided into two main parts:
Construction phase (2015 – 12/2017) – creating missing infrastructure parts or innovation
Operational phase (1/2018 – 12/2022) – providing well-established infrastructure
